What we do.

We modernize omnichannel commerce

We're creating a new kind of Omnichannel Commerce data operation platform, based on DataOps principles, that empowers engineering teams to build (real-time), data-intensive pipelines and applications for their commerce ecosystem. We aim to make data and applications accessible for collaborated teams, often IT and business peers, to help them scale customization options that address fast changing market needs as a route for sustainable growth.

We built our platform purposely for connected commerce. The platform is microservices-led and unifies batch and streaming data paradigms, supporting both historical and current data in the same low-latency data pipeline. Our pre-built applications include B2B web stores, analytics, distributed order management, format converters, customer onboarding, location intelligence, track & trace, invoice automation, labeling and many more. We’re also growing an ecosystem of data connectors for the commerce ecosystem that work in real-time and are compatible across platforms.
 

With our platform, we allow companies adopt new technologies seamlessly and select those that align best with their strategic vision. Enabling companies work on laser-focused projects to automate labor-intensive processes such as manual ordering, cross-border eCommerce, e-procurement sales channel,  or omnichannel capabilities.

Sylentrix history

We didn't try to help manage the connected the B2B commerce ecosystem. It's just what happened.

We were working on a low-code real-time, microservices-led, data platform,that unifies all batch and streaming data paradigms, supporting both historical and current data in the same low-latency data pipeline, for unstructured and location data and pioneering with marketplaces when asked to replace a worldwide multi-site B2B Magento webshop. Customizing the existing Magento was complex, non scalable, expensive, and solution providers were mainly focussing on the front instead the back. We said yes and so we did.

We collaborated in our DevOps and CI/CDwith our customer's global IT team and business peers and delivered the Magento replacement, including integrations with Zycus, ERP and OMS, within 3 months. Connecting 3PL and carriers took us another 2 months, mostly caused by legacy. We transferred all knowledge and code and today, the customer is developing new features and data pipelines by their self.

Considering trends in the commerce market -such as MACH, composable, PIM and CMS headless- we realized that we build the modern connected commerce platform.

Our journey

2015

LEFT LOYALTY BV

LEFT Connect is born as a data integration and analytics platform for customer understanding, loyalty and marketing by binding physical location, online and social media behavior. With LEFT Connect, companies - retailers, brands, events- turn fans into loyal customers. 

2019

GET DATA INSIGHT

Because of roadworks and the closure of the Botlek bridge, the municipality of Rotterdam used LEFT Connect location intelligence and rewarding mechanisms to reward motorists who decided to take the bike instead to enter the city. LEFT Connect for real-time location intelligence and AI was born.

 

We rebranded LEFT Loyalty BV in GetDataInsight and launched LEFT Mobility, www.leftmobility.com, a platform to see and manage the bigger picture at one place, in real-time. LEFT Mobility covers the full operational cycle from data fusion to providing guidelines, scenarios and automation and used by local and central governments and private sector.

2021

We were asked to engineer an application that helps automate paper intensive, manual process by turning unstructured and semi-structured documents -such as orders, contracts, customs and invoices- into structured datasets and business message formats (UBL, EDI), exposed by API to feed workflows. We re-thought the entire document processing toolset, away from templates and domain specific applications, providing real-time document intelligence and automation. We offer the solution as SaaS and it is mainly used within transport, healthcare and  accountancy.​

2022

We were asked to replace B2B Magento and automate the end-to-end connected commerce and supply chain. We said yes, and since then we help customers as Marriott International, Dachser Logistics, Nestlé Health, DEXTR, Muller Textiles, Arvenza, Proserve Dasri and many more with the connected B2B omnichannel commerce.

2024

SYLENTRIX

Sylentrix is founded to continue connecting omnichannel commerce. Focussing on self-service data pipeline, composability, applications, scaling options, team collaboration, and everything as code.
